The menu is an eclectic seafood-forward fusion spanning Old World, New World, Mexican, Asian, and Mediterranean traditions — drawing from what Jacques Cousteau called 'one of the great aquariums in the world,' the Sea of Cortez. Fresh catch includes grouper, red snapper, tuna, shrimp, lobster, scallops, mussels, oysters, squid, and blue crab. Signature dishes include Sea Bass, Shrimp Mezcali, tuna tartare trio, and Baja fish tacos. Breads, desserts, and pastries are made in-house. Wine is sourced from all seven seas — California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, and beyond. Full moon nights feature live music.
